Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Any attempt to register multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of existing balances. UW99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a Malaysian national ID, passport, or bank statement.

Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. UW99 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information submitted by the member.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 and will be processed within 1–3 business days depending on the chosen method. • Deposited funds may not be transferred between different member accounts.

• Requests from relevant authorities.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the UW99 support team. Any valid balance will be returned to the member once all necessary investigations have been completed.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

UW99 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting activity on this platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond UW99's control, such as internet outages, ISP issues, or natural disasters.
